Companies and organizations that wish to participate in this program are requested to read the information provided by the "University Consortium Osaka" below and apply according to the guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation with our university and the "University Consortium Osaka" work experience program.
This program is being implemented in a community-based manner in cooperation with companies and organizations in Osaka and the Kansai region (Hyogo, Kyoto, Shiga, Nara, Wakayama, and Mie). Applications to participate in the on-campus company information sessions for students planning to graduate in March 2026 and March 2027 can be made via the link below (in principle, the sessions will be held in person).

By honing practical language skills and an international sensibility, we aim to deepen students' understanding of Japanese and foreign societies, cultures, and histories, and to equip them with the communication skills necessary to function in a broad range of international communities. To achieve this, it is essential to not only improve Japanese language skills, but also to master English, Chinese, and other foreign languages, and to learn about various different cultures. In this department, students learn the basics of the environment and then deepen their expertise through four courses: "Environmental Technology," "Regional Ecosystems," "Environmental Greening," and "Environmental Planning." We cultivate human resources who can contribute to society by gaining a deep understanding of the environment, including water, air, living things, and cities, through research and measurement, and by practicing techniques to create a more desirable environment.

In this department, students acquire knowledge of the four fundamental mechanics of mechanical engineering through hands-on classes such as practical training, exercises, and experiments, while developing an image of "manufacturing." Furthermore, after acquiring the ability to summarize and communicate their own ideas through a unique curriculum, students work on cutting-edge project-based graduation research, aiming to become challenging engineers who are not bound by conventional wisdom.

Graduate School of Engineering cultivates highly skilled engineers who can independently solve real problems in society.
